Lorita Grant is the Director of Operations at Premier Financial Group. In this role, Lorita oversees strategic planning and implementation as well as day-to-day operations for the company. Her many hats include marketing, client retention and staff development.
Lorita graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor degree in biobehavioral health, and she later completed a dual master’s degree in social work and public health with a minor in management of human services from University of Michigan. After managing clinical trials in cancer research at the University of Pennsylvania for several years, Lorita made a difficult decision to switch careers to the financial industry in 2011. Her years of managerial experience prepared her perfectly to support the financial firm.
With a social worker’s heart, Lorita has a unique ability to approach clients and colleagues with a keen understanding of their needs. She develops systems that provide support, creating ease of service for clients. Some of her greatest satisfaction comes from seeing clients who are at peace financially, knowing they have prepared well for their future.
Lorita and her husband Nicolas have two beautiful children. She and Nicolas enjoy working together at the firm and at their church where they serve as teen leaders. Lorita is passionate for her family and especially loves the time they spend together traveling, eating out, going to sporting events and being silly together. Lorita also actively serves with the Girl Scouts Organization.
