Brian Grant is the president and founder of Premier Financial Group which was started in 1988. With over 44 years of experience in estate and financial planning, Brian has dedicated much of his life to helping families and individuals develop financial independence. Brian was first inspired to enter the financial industry by his family. His father was the Chief Operating Officer of an insurance company in Jamaica and his brother was an insurance actuary. Brian earned a Bachelor degree with the highest honors in accounting and management from The University of the West Indies. He later earned a Master of Science in financial services from The American College. Before founding Premier, he served as the Principal Officer in Jamaica for the Cuna Mutual Insurance Society, headquartered in Madison, Wisconsin. His achievements include life membership in the Million Dollar Round Table with membership at the Top of the Table. Brian’s wide breadth of knowledge, experience and expertise, bound together by integrity, provide clients opportunities that can enhance their lives for generations.
A dynamic and engaging speaker, Brian has led educational seminars for Yale Medical School, PBS-TV, National Association of Black Accountants, the American College, the Society of Financial Services Professionals, Wharton School of Business and Finance and many other organizations. A natural problem solver, Brian loves helping people identify ways to develop strategies for gaining financial independence. Through his work, he has helped numerous clients save enough money to live comfortably while preparing generous inheritances for their families.
Originally from Jamaica, Brian and his wife Sherryl reside in the Philadelphia suburbs. He and Sherryl work together for their church, Germantown Christian Assembly, where Brian serves as pastor. They have three children, two daughters-in-law and three grandchildren. Brian and his family love to travel together and they share in supporting their church and community.
