Barbara graduated from Pierce Junior College with an Associates degree in Accounting. She was later a student at Philadelphia Biblical University, majoring in church music and Bible and received a Bachelors of Science in Bible.
She has worked in the field of accounting and customer service since 1978 at the following corporate companies: Continental Bank (customer service for new accounts), Commonwealth Relocation Services (billing and account reconciliation), and Allstate Insurance Company (customer service representative).
She began her employment at Premier Financial Group Inc. in 1997 and currently serves as a client relationship associate in life insurance and property & casualty.
Barbara is the wife of Darryl, who is a senior pastor. They have two sons. She serves in the music, administrative, Women’s Fellowship and various other ministries at Second Mennonite Church.
